Dublin-based computer chip designer Parthus Technologies is cutting 29 jobs in an effort to make the company more efficient.
The company confirmed 12 jobs, or 7 per cent of its workforce, will go in Ireland, with the rest in the US and Britain. Parthus confirmed today all business divisions will be affected by the job cuts.
Parthus said the savings should help it to achieve its aim of breaking even by the middle of 2002
Parthus will release its fourth-quarter results at the end of January.
