Two Dublin brothers have been charged following an incident outside a public house last December which resulted in the death of a man. Mr Gerard Bolger (24) of Cromcastle Avenue, Coolock, is accused of the manslaughter of Eugene Flanagan (38) outside Miller's Pub, Malahide Road, Donnycarney, on December 8th. Mr Michael Bolger (22), also of Cromcastle Avenue, is charged with assaulting Mr Paul Cleary during the same incident.
Judge Thomas Fitzpatrick at Dublin District Court remanded both men on bail with Mr Michael Bolger to appear on June 23rd and Mr Gerard Bolger to appear on July 28th.
