A man and woman arrested in connection with the attempted murder of a police officer in a Co Tyrone bomb explosion a week ago have been released without charge.
Police said the couple, detained on Friday and questioned over the weekend, were freed pending further inquiries.
Four men arrested in Co Tyrone last Thursday morning remain in custody, said a police spokesman.
The officer, a Catholic, who has served in the PSNI for three years, suffered serious leg injuries when a booby-trap bomb exploded under his car as he drove through the village of Spamount on his way to start night duty in Enniskillen last Monday.
Dissident republicans have been blamed for the attack.
