Two Irish citizens were injured in the bomb blast in Bali on Saturday that killed at least 190 people.
The Taoiseach, Mr Ahern, said this afternoon the two had been airlifted to Singapore for treatment.
Their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The Department of Foreign Affairs is trying to locate several other Irish citizens who were believed to be in Bali at the time.

The Irish consul from Singapore arrived in Bali today to help Irish citizens affected by the bomb.
The Department also released a statement from the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr Cowen, advising "Irish citizens against travelling to Bali for the time being".
