Two killed in bomb blast in north India
Two people, including a police constable, were killed and seven others injured when a home-made bomb blew up in the north Indian city of Agra according to reports.
Police spokesman R. P. Singh told the Press Trust of India it appeared the bomb was a locally-made device and was being transported on a scooter when it exploded at the city's Jawahar bridge.
A constable who was passing by at the time of the explosion, and an unidentified person, presumbed to be the scooter rider, were killed.
