Two people were killed in separate road incidents last night.
An 11-year-old boy was knocked down and killedin Celbridge in Co Kildare at around 9.30.
Earlier yesterday evening a middle-aged woman was killed when she was struck by a lorry in St Johnston in Co Donegal.
