Two men have been arrested by police investigating a serious sex attack on a woman near a Co Derry caravan park at the weekend.
The victim (25) was attacked early yesterday morning in a lane leading to the caravan park at Ballyronan on the shores of Lough Neagh.
She was found by two local men in a distressed state shortly before 4.30am. Police said she had been subjected to a serious sexual assault.
The lady was assisted by two men who saved her from what police described as a "vicious attack". Forensic scientists examined the scene last night.
