A young man has died in a single-vehicle crash in Co Clare early this morning.
The man was a passenger in a car that left the road and crashed at Ballynew, Milltown Malbay at 1.45 a.m.
Another three people in the car were injured and were taken to Ennis hospital.
In Co Down, a pedestrian (33) was killed shortly after 3 a.m. in Ardglass last night.

The man is believed to have been hit by a car on the Downpatrick Road. His name has not yet been released.
