Gardai in Dublin have released two of the five people arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a 26-year-old man on the north side of the city on Friday night.
The men were released without charge and a file has is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Two men and a woman are still being questioned in connection with the incident which occurred at Windsor Ville Apartments on the Charlemont Road in Clontarf at around 11.45pm on Friday night.
The shooting is believed to be the latest twist in a feud in the area.
The five people were arrested under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act.
They were held at Clontarf, Raheny and Howth garda stations
Gardai have issued an appeal for members of the public who may be able to assist the investigation to contact them.
