RUC detectives are investigating a robbery in which two men posed as water board workers and stole money from an 81-year-old woman in Co Down yesterday evening. The men, whom the RUC said had southern Irish accents, called to the woman's house in Donaghadee shortly after 6 p.m. One man pushed past her and pretended to work at the kitchen sink. She struggled with the other man, who was walking to her bedroom. He took her handbag and a sum of money. The woman was not injured.
