Big Bear City - A police report on allegations that boxer Mike Tyson raped a 50-year-old woman in a California resort town will be submitted to prosecutors today to determine whether criminal charges will be filed, authorities said.

"We submit the facts, the entire investigation, and it's in the district attorney's hands now to review it," said Sgt Frank Gonzales of the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department.

Police say the unidentified woman alleged Tyson raped her on July 16th at a rented house in Big Bear City, 110 km east of Los Angeles, where he was training.
