South Africa and Ulster prop Robbie Kempson and replacement lock Bakkies Botha were cited to appear before a judiciary panel after Saturday's ill-tempered 29-9 Tri-nations loss to Australia.
Kempson was cited for a late and high tackle on Australia number eight Toutai Kefu while Bakkies was reported for "attacking the face" of an opponent.
The pair will appear before a hearing tomorrow morning.
The citings were announced after Australia coach Eddie Jones called for an investigation into a series of incidents during the match.
Kefu was taken to a nearby Brisbane hospital to see a neurosurgeon after suffering pins and needles in his arms and fingers after being floored by a swinging arm from Kempson, who had earlier been sin-binned for tripping Wallabies captain George Gregan.
Australia hooker Brendan Cannon also complained that a South African player had bitten then eye-gouged him.
