Arsenal were without injured duo Freddie Ljungberg and Ashley Cole as they attempted to beat Leeds and place one hand on the Barclaycard Premiership crown at Highbury tonight.
Ljungberg (hand) and Cole (ankle) missed out but Ray Parlour (knee) was back from injury and on the bench as the Gunners attempted to rack up a virtually unassailable 10-point lead at the summit.
Leeds, without serious knee injury victim Seth Johnson, were desperate to disrupt the Gunners' title charge and boost their battle against relegation.
