The Irish Bridge Union's under 20 interprovincial championship (Rosenberg Trophy) will be decided on March 21st-22nd in the Coleraine Academical Institution, on the Castlerock Road. Cork City (R.D. McGrath, D. O'Gorman, K. Hayes, and M. Finn) won the all Ireland team championship for the Burke Trophy which was played over three sessions in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel, Athlone. Having scored 166 victory points, they were eight ahead of the runners up, M. Burke, G. Lessells, P. Liston, and B. Pattison (Limerick City). Third prize went to M. Rosenberg, I. Lindsay, A. Alcock, and A. Sharpe (Co Derry) with 148.5.
