Anglo-Dutch group Unilever said today it expected to complete the sale of its Bestfoods fresh baked foods US business by early March.

US food group Sara Lee is favourite to clinch a $1.3 billion-plus deal, although Mexico's Grupo Bimbo is also seen to be in the running.
