Athens - The Iranian Foreign Minister Mr Kamal Kharazi has said it was "natural" that Tehran should seek better relations with Washington but warned that US policy must change before official dialogue could resume. "The American people is a great people, with a great civilisation, and it is natural that the Iranian president should express his respect and wish to have dialogue with it," Mr Kharazi told the left-wing daily Eleftherotypia, but he ruled out any talks between Tehran and Washington "until the United States changes its attitude".
