The man who died in a car accident near Buncrana, Co Donegal, yesterday morning has been named as Mr Nigel Birney, from Waterside in Derry. Mr Birney (24) was killed when his car hit a ditch at Lisfannon. Two of Mr Birney's passengers were seriously injured and were taken to Altnagelvin Hospital, Derry.
