A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man accused of conspiring to bomb the British army's headquarters in Northern Ireland last year.
Mr Michael Rogan (37), of Easton Avenue, Belfast, was due to appear at the city's Magistrates Court after being freed on High Court bail last month.
But he did not appear and the magistrate issued a warrant for his arrest.
A soldier was killed and 37 people injured in the double bomb blast at Thiepval Barracks, Lisburn, on October 7th, 1996.
