Dublin

Road reconstruction will take place on Taney Road at the junction with Upper Churchtown Road. There will be lane restrictions and closures until the end of the month. Reconstruction will also be in place on Drummartin Road with one-way traffic and drivers from Goatstown to Kilmacud will be diverted to the Old Lower Kilmacud Road.

Lower Kilmacud Road will have work near the junction with the Upper Kilmacud Road all this week. Churchview Road will be closed until the 31st at its junction with Church Road.

Limerick

There are roadworks on the N7 (Limerick-Dublin Road) from Sallymount to Daly's Cross for the next seven months with single file traffic. Working hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. until 4.30 p.m. on Saturday.

There are roadworks at Hassetts Cross with a minor diversion in place, the road surface is poor with lots of potholes. There is no through road from Athlunkard Street to Baal's Bridge via Sir Harry's Mall.

Kildare

Shaw Bridge in Kilcock is closed to heavy commercial vehicles until the end of August.

Waterford

A new traffic flow system is in place at Rice Bridge and the roundabout has been constructed. Williamstown Road is single lane from Farran Park to St Catherine's Grange for two weeks for road improvements.

Galway

There are new traffic lights on the Headford Road at the roundabout.

Cork

Until September 4th the South Link Road will be closed citybound with traffic diverted inbound on to the outward carriageway where a contra flow will operate. On Saturday, people going to the Ringaskiddy Port for the Brittany Ferries 15.30 Roscoff sailing should allow extra time because of the roadworks on South Link Road.

Meath

The Kenstown-Navan Road R153 is closed to through traffic for the next six months from its junction with the Boyne Road, Navan to its junction with Casey's Cross. Alternative routes will be signposted. Daily from 9.30 a.m. until 5 p.m. there are traffic calming measures in Enfield on the N4.

Westmeath

There is reconstruction work under way at the Canal Bridge at the junction of the Dublin Road, N4 and the Delvin Road for the next seven months. Temporary lights and an alternate working of traffic is also in place.

Leitrim

There are realignment works on the N1 Sligo to Enniskillen Road about four miles west of Manorhamilton until the end of the year.

Roscommon

Traffic on the N4 Dublin-Sligo is diverted on to the new road over the Curlew Mountains. Traffic is diverted north of Boyle town and there are temporary traffic lights coming into Boyle from Dublin.

Donegal

As part of the work on the Donegal bypass temporary traffic lights have been introduced on the N15 north of Donegal town.

Cavan

The Cootehill Road has a diversion for the next month
