Dublin

Dublin

There will be traffic restrictions in the area around Croke Park next Sunday because of the All-Ireland football final.

Resurfacing will continue on the Stillorgan Road, and there will be road-works on the Rise today and tomorrow. There will be severe traffic restrictions on Milltown Road at the Nine Arches today and tomorrow.

Brennanstown Road in Cabinteely is closed until September 29th. There are new traffic layouts between Malahide Road and Fairview Strand and at the Artane Roundabout. There is major disruption on Amiens Street on the bus corridor as far as Fairview, and ducting work continues on Bridgefoot Street at Ussher's Quay.

Killiney Road will be closed until October 11th for construction work, as will South William Street. Mount Pleasant Avenue is partially closed. Pedestrians can use the road, but vehicles are being diverted through Rathmines and Richmond Hill.

There are roadworks on Kildare Street, Collins Avenue at Malahide Road, and on Navan Road as part of the quality bus corridor. Taney Road at the junction with Upper Churchtown

Road will have lane restrictions until the end of next month.

Limerick

There are roadworks on the N7 Limerick/Dublin Road from Sallymount to Daly's Cross for the next five months. Road works at Hassetts Cross means the surface will be poor, with lots of potholes.

Cork

Kyle Street is closed for repaving. Alternative routes to North/ South Main Street are via Adelaide Street or Castle Street. Paul Street is closed until the end of September and a section of South Main Street is closed between Liberty Street and Washington Street until the end of the month.

Waterford

Roadworks and temporary traffic lights are in place on the main Dungarvan Road about five miles east of Dungarvan at Pike Hill, The road-works will continue for the next five weeks from 7.45 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Meath

For the next three months there will be extensive road-works on the N3 about one mile south of Dunshaughlin. There will be severe delays.

Louth

For the next five weeks there are road-works on the N2 north of Ardee. Expect long delays. Resurfacing is being undertaken on the N4 between Enfield and Kinnegad over the next two weeks and there are road-works at Clonee village.

Leitrim

Speed restrictions are in operation on the N6 Sligo to Enniskillen Road about four miles west of Manorhamilton. Realignment works are in progress.

Westmeath

Resurfacing is being done on the N4 east of Rathowen village. There is also reconstruction work on the N4/N52 junction in Mullingar at Canal Bridge. The bridge will be closed to heavy traffic.

Roscommon

Traffic on the N4 Dublin to Sligo road is being diverted to the new road over the Curlew Mountains.

Sligo

Work in being undertaken in the town over the next two to three weeks, with delays likely on various roads.
