Dublin

Major roadworks continue at the Balrothery roundabout in the Firhouse area approaching the M50. The Ballinteer road will be closed from its junction with Dundrum Cross to the roundabout at its junction with Barton Road East. Major delays are expected in Sandyford, Dun drum and Ballinteer.

Killarney Street is closed between Killarney Avenue and Buckingham Street. Diversions are in place.

Roadworks continue on Rock Road between the Tara Towers Hotel and the Punch Bowl.

Traffic-calming works continue at Mount Merrion.

Steven's Lane is closed until November. Diversions are in place via Bow Lane West, Bow Bridge, Military Road and St Johns West.

Kildare

Luas diversion works are being carried out on the Naas Road from Robinhood Road to Kylemore Road.

Westmeath

Roadworks continue on the N4 at the Longford end of the Mullingar bypass.

Kilkenny

Construction work continues on the Pilltown-Fiddown bypass, on the N24 between Waterford and Carrick-on-Suir.

Major delays are expected on the N8 at Johnstown, where road improvement works are being carried out.

Leitrim

Roadworks are in place on the Drumsna-Kiloghert route, the R299, until further notice. Minor delays are expected.

Wicklow

Roadworks will be ongoing on the N11 between the Glen of the Downs and Willow Grove.

Waterford

Work continues from Patrick Street on to Arundel Square.

Resurfacing works are under way on the Cork side of Dungarvan between the Marine Bar and The Sweep, until early June. Lane restrictions are in operation.

Cork

Watercourse Road will be closed to northbound traffic between Blackpool Church and Madden's Buildings. Park Avenue remains closed.

Surface works are in progress in both the Mallow and Mitchelstown areas. There are road realignment works at Lackahane, Baltimore.

Galway

Pipe-laying is taking place at the junction of Threadneedle Road and Upper Salthill Road in Galway city, as well as on the Caherwalter-Dublin road in Loughrea.

Donegal

Work continues on the Clare-Barnes road between Donegal town and Ballybofey/N15.

Iarnrod Eireann says there will be disruption of DART services between Dun Laoghaire and Bray between 10 p.m. tonight and noon tomorrow, and from 9 p.m. tomorrow. This is to facilitate important improvement works on the tracks. A limited shuttle bus service will operate tonight, tomorrow morning and after 9 p.m. tomorrow night.
