The book of evidence in the case of a Limerick woman charged with illegally chartering aircraft to bring Munster rugby fans to European matches is due to be served in a fortnight.
Pamela Hickey (37), Ashford, Patrickswell, appeared before Limerick District Court yesterday on three charges. Two relate to allegations of chartering the services of Monarch Airlines by deception, in September 2004 and January 2005, in relation to two return flights from Shannon airport to Gatwick.
Ms Hickey also faces one charge of forgery on January 14th, 2005.
Judge Tom O’Donnell adjourned the case to June 17th.
