One woman is said to have survived and 15 were killed after a Russian freight plane crashed shortly
after takeoff at Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport today. Another woman who survived the crash has died of her injuries in hospital.
The plane had been heading to the Russian city of St Petersburg on a flight carrying the crew home. There were no passengers on board the Il-86 which can carry 350 people. The plane was said to be carrying 16 crew.
