New research on equality in the workplace is to be unveiled today.
Prof Kathy Monks, from Dublin City University Business School, has outlined the case for encouraging fairness and diversity at work to maximise results.
The work explores how differences across the workforce can be a competitive advantage and create business opportunities.
Her study, The Business Impact of Equality and Diversity — The International Evidence, is being published by The National Centre for Partnership and Performance and the Equality Authority.
