Tralee District Court has been told that the book of evidence is almost complete in the case of a 16 year old youth charged with the murder of Ms Ann Marie Duffin, a Dutch national, at Blennerville, Tralee, on April 15th.
An application by Insp Martin McCarthy to keep the youth in custody until February 5th to Tralee Court was granted by Judge Terence Finn. The inspector said the file in the case was almost complete and it was hoped to be ready by February 5th.
