In yesterday's news digest on page one, Mr Michael Lowry was described as a Fine Gael TD. In fact, Mr Lowry is no longer a member of Fine Gael.
In an opinion column yesterday, Mr Hugh Governey of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce referred to the establishment of a single transport authority which would draw together elements of "the Director of Traffic's Office (DTO) and the National Roads Authority".
In fact, the DTO is the Dublin Transportation Office and is included as one of the three elements in the proposed authority. The error occurred in the editing process.
