An incorrect address was given in the report headed "Making a safe haven in Dublin" in the editions of July 31st. The Irish Centre for the Care of Torture Survivors is at Spiritan House, 213 North Circular Road, Phibsboro, Dublin 7.
The caption to a photograph which illustrated the report headed "Decommissioning body's three members" in Tuesday's editions was incorrect. The photograph showed Gen John de Chastelain and Brig Gen Tauno Nieminen.
A report in yesterday's editions headed "Labour and equality rulings may face legal challenges" stated incorrectly that the Office of the Director of Equality Investigations (ODEI) was examining a complaint about sexual harassment at its sister organisation, the Equality Authority. In fact, the complaint relates to bullying and is being investigated internally by the authority. It has not been referred to the ODEI.
The Equality Authority states that it is inaccurate to describe it as a sister organisation of the ODEI. The Equality Authority is an independent State body which represents claimants in cases heard by the ODEI.
