An article in last Wednesday’s edition, concerning the expansion of Boots pharmacy in west Dublin, stated that PermanentTSB bank had closed its branch office on Blanchardstown’s Main Street. The branch has not closed and is fully operational for customers.

An item in last Saturday’s edition made reference to judicial appeals to the House of Lords. The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council is the final court of appeal for the British Virgin Islands.

A picture caption in last Tuesday’s edition was incorrect. The men photographed in connection with the award to Trim for being Ireland’s cleanest town were the town council’s chairman Cllr James O’Shea and the town clerk Brian Murphy.
