In an article in yesterday’s edition it was stated that there were five to 10 incidents of pickpocketing per day on the Luas Red line. There are five to 10 incidents per week.
In the Connections column in the Magazine on February 7th, it was stated that Hester Sigerson’s daughter Eibhlín was the mother of the noted republican Emmet Humphreys. In fact, Eibhlín was the wife of Emmet Humphreys.
An article in last Friday’s edition stated that Engineers Week was being organised by Energy Ireland. The week of events to highlight the role of engineers is being organised by Engineers Ireland, the representative body for all engineers on the island of Ireland.
