Sir, – Further to last Saturday’s letter from Claire Bradley in relation to the Residential Tenancies Board, I have had very similar problems (Letters, November 26th). I have tried several times to register a property within the last month unsuccessfully. Its website is terrible.
Any emails I have sent remain unanswered and no one answers the phone.
I note that its webchat facility has been closed since last August due to the “complexities” of the questions being asked!
I have no problem paying €40 per annum, but unfortunately it is impossible to do this on its website! – Yours, etc,
