Sir, – I was shocked to see the extent of alcohol brands still involved in major sports event advertising. Even our local St Patrick’s Day parade had a group headed by a large Guinness rugby ball. The brands have added a “0.0″ to the label and can now advertise without restrictions under the Public Health Alcohol Act 2018.
This is such an obvious loophole that it is beyond credibility that the legislators did not anticipate it. – Yours, etc,
