A chara, – In challenging “us to be as smart as our ancestors”, Dermot O’Rourke suggests building a monumental solar panel (Letters, December 21st). A practical solution might be to install solar panels on as many buildings as possible throughout the country.
The cost of this bold move will seem a lot cheaper when compared to the fines that future generations will have to pay for our missed emissions targets. – Is mise,
