Madam, - Why have nearly all the public conveniences in Dublin been decommissioned? Now most available toilets are in restaurants or bars. While one can often skip in and out quietly, the only way to fully validate one's ticket to the toilet is to purchase a beverage of some sort. Hence each visit to a toilet begets another visit to another toilet further down this line (and so on).
Is this some sort of plot or is there an innocent explanation? - Yours, etc.,
