Madam, - The graceless responses from the irascible Eugene Sheehy of AIB to questions from the media - as heard on radio last Friday - prompt a question. Should the banks set aside just a little of their recapitalisation largesse to set up a charm school, the better to acquaint their senior executives with two sterling traits: (a) humility (b) basic good manners?
