Sir, - I travelled to Dublin from Achill Island on Friday morning (December 12th) for the Rehab Charity event at Dublin's Point Theatre. When my friend and I received our passes in midNovember, we phoned the Rehab Corporation to clarify what the meeting with Boyzone and the Carter Twins would entail.
At that time, we were told that we would not be able to meet them individually and that they would just appear on stage. I was quite happy with the set-up, as it is unbelievable that they would be able to meet and sign autographs with over 1,000 people.
What is all the fuss about? All we need is better communication - on both sides. After all, it was a charity event and Boyzone should not be criticised, but praised for their involvement at all. From a very happy Boyzone fan. - Yours, etc.,
