Sir, - The people in Southern Ireland must now help to build bridges. May I suggest one way would be for the members of town commissions, urban councils, county councils and city corporations to start thinking of twinning their towns with a similar town in Northern Ireland. Most of them have already twinned with other foreign towns so now think about a town across the Border. Would it not be nice to see a band from the North playing in a town in the South and a band from the South playing in the North? - Yours, etc.,
George Carpenter,
Kinsale, Co Cork.
