Warm-up routines are followed, food and liquids are taken, and the teams begin to get themselves into the right psychological state for the contest to come.
Should the Waterford-Cork match result in a draw for a second time, extra time will be played. In the event of this game preceding the semi-final, it would be entirely inappropriate and unfair to both semi-final teams to change the throw-in time at short notice.
