Madam, - I note that the Government is to provide €580 millions for road improvements in Northern Ireland. This is the same Government that cannot finish the N11 from Rathnew to Arklow.
This is a stretch of road that causes delays to thousands of drivers daily and has seen so many deaths that any other country in Europe would have built a dual-carriageway decades ago. - Yours, etc,
