Madam, - Thanks are due to Iarnród Éireann for the new safety notices at crossings on the Dublin-Wicklow line. Under the heading, "Pedestrian Crossing - Trains pass at Speed", this advice is given: "Take special care of children. If waiting do not push a pram too close to the line. Keep at least 2m (6") clear."
