When Proinsias de Rossa fails to achieve full satisfaction in a Dublin courtroom, your editorial proclaims it a "good result for . . . journalism in this jurisdiction".
Is there a discrepancy here, or do we finally know why Mr Reynolds insisted in prosecuting his case outside Ireland? - Yours, etc.,
