Madam, - Minister for Justice Brian Lenihan is obviously correct when he declares that citizens who take illegal drugs are responsible for the deaths and murders connected with their supply.
However a similar responsibility must also be held by those in control of the alcohol trade. This self-regulated business is responsible for untold misery, suicide and social apathy, yet the Government refuses to control it responsibly. - Yours, etc,
