Sir, - Each evening as I pass two poles before the entrance to the Spa Hotel on the Lucan Road, I check to see if Brian Lenihan is still neatly and securely in situ. I then muse on how much it may eventually cost him in backdated fines, or if these penalties are levied in the first place.
