FRANCIS STUART

A chara, - I am no literary scholar, but I always understood from the writing of Francis Stuart that he saw himself somewhat as a man apart from the norm, an outsider or even an alien.

If I am right in thinking this, then surely if Mr Stuart is to maintain integrity with his life's work, he should not only refuse the title of Saoi of Aosdana, but also membership of that State backed and socially approved organisation. - Is mise le meas,
