Sir, - Whichever way Mr Andrews paints it (Opinion, July 21st), Michael Woods is responsible for taking a disabled person to court to reinforce the injustice already visited on him by his Department. Policy my eye, the purpose of this disgraceful exercise was to prove the Government right and Mrs Sinnott wrong and this precedent will be waved in the face of any person who dares to take a Government Minister to court in the future.
