Sir, - Every day in Dublin we witness impatient motorists overtaking lines of traffic by cutting in from filter lanes, etc. Usually, the interlopers don't need to force their way in. A motorist in the queue will "wave" one or more of them in ahead of him. This seeming act of kindness is most unfair on those waiting behind in the queue. It also reinforces the behaviour of the queue-jumpers and encourages others to engage in it. - Yours, etc., M Caden,
Braemor Road,
Dublin 14.
