Madam, – May I congratulate you on publishing the most refreshing picture of that red-eyed frog on www.irishtimes.com (and Front page, June 4th). It was such a change from all the other pictures which reflect the war-torn, economic-shattering, grief-stricken, horror-killing-rampage situations that abound at this time.
I do not like frogs generally, but I love this one as it fills my heart with joy and a sense of fun – because of that, I may look at amphibians in a whole new light! – Yours, etc,
