Sir, - On February 15th, 1996 you published a letter from me on the bombing affront of London's Canary Wharf in which I stated that the "gangsters" - my term for those who for 30 years, have shamed the once proud name of republicanism - should be either taken in or taken out.
If both governments agreed on the latter, then I volunteer. I declined to vote for the Good Friday Agreement. To do so would, in my opinion, have conferred respectability on the terrorists. Irrespective of their strands they all breathe and emanate from the same evil. - Yours, etc.,
