Sir, - Last week's soccer international once again had many latecomers - up to 15 minutes late, and many who got up to leave as much as 10 minutes early.
Not only do these eejits miss goals (!) but they disturb all the others sitting in their row in the stand and cause people to miss some of the action.
Just as theatres don't accommodate latecomers, the gates should be shut at kick-off time and latecomers only let in at halftime.
This late arrival lark is evident at every home match and is due to laziness and an inability to be properly organised. - Yours, etc.,
