Madam, - As a resident of the Broadstone area of Dublin, I see daily evidence that bus drivers are regularly using mobile phones while driving.
I would have thought this basic safety issue would be unbreakable company policy at the very least, as well as being obvious to the drivers in question. - Yours, etc,
