A chara, – I am 83 and use a bicycle for transport. Last year I inquired from an insurance company as to what it would cost me to insure a car with a two-litre engine.
The answer was €2,000! I have a full licence and have been driving since 1948 without a claim. Do our political parties have any views or polices regarding motor insurance? Do they realise that the cost of insurance is beyond all reasonable bounds? – Is mise,
